and marigolds can make you

a lazy afternoon and a fly 
mean karma is near 
it is those hot summer days 

those hot summer days 
are socrates talking to plato 
with a straw hat 
are jim and huck on the river 
day lilies 
and marigolds can make you

let there be light 
and the summer 
breeze
